Family Law Associate - San Diego (Hybrid)

Compensation: $125,000-$225,000 DOE + monthly & annual bonuses
Schedule: Hybrid (min. 50% on-site) with flexible hours
PTO: Unlimited

You'll work closely with a tight-knit group including a Certified Family Law Specialist and two associates.

The Opportunity

The firm is seeking a mid-level Family Law Associate to step into a growing caseload and support the team's expanding practice.

  • 3-5 years of Family Law experience (more considered)
  • Confident managing cases independently, start to finish
  • Able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
  • Highly collaborative and team-oriented

Tools: Lexis AI for research; tiered bonus structure based on 6-8 billable hours/day.

Work Schedule

  • Hybrid, with at least 50% on-site (most attorneys choose 5 days/week)
  • Flexible hours-leave early if hours are made up
  • Team-coordinated hybrid days to ensure coverage
